The letter writing effort HL & Elements urged us SHs to engage in obviously paid off at today's US Senate IP Subcommittee hearing. Our letters of support encouraged Director lancu. The ones we wrote to Senators Tillis & Coons underscored our concerns over "the particular hardship for small patent owners" such as SFOR. I applaud HL & Elements for leading us in this letter writing campaign that made a difference! I also remind readers of the importance (as highlighted previously by HL) to keep your US Senator in the loop on this critical IP issue. In time the IP Subcommittee will issue it's report & recommendations for the information and review/input of all 100 members of the Senate. An important floor vote may follow. This begs the question have you, as recommended by HL & Elements, contacted your US Senator yet? If not, I encourage you to follow HL's and Element's lead on this and do so at your earliest convenience. It's not too late to help defend SFOR IP by doing so.
