There is one more thing some people didn't factor in.
The warrants are already in the green. That means VERB will raise anywhere from $40M to $53M if I did the math right.
What's a company worth with that raised that much cash?
I can tell you for sure, it's not less than that and way more
$15M of that to go to Sound Concepts and we already know they have revenues of $13M so Sound Concepts would be valued higher than that so already that $15M has made money day one
