yesterday was a blood pressure kind of day. after calming down and thinking it through, i believe the reason for all the wailing, gnashing of teeth, clothes rending can be summed up in one word: COMMUNICATION. sb needs to realize he is dealing with a large percentage of old folks, and we don't like surprises. give us info and often, and keep it plain to understand. jmo
