Neither is a crime....
Harassing shareholders who have still decided to hold for one reason or another should not be belittled for taking that position, they see things from a different perspective then those who felt more comfortable selling.
People who hold no shares, yet feel a need to harass those that still hold .....it makes me wonder why they do this....has to be a reason, and I'm pretty sure it's not to help and guide us in a better direction IMO. Just a general statement...
