Here's something seemingly very simple he should have already done since it relates only to the 'annual' which came out in mid-December: get out the Attorney Letter so that the 'yield' sign is removed and we can go 'current' which is so important... is it any problem with an attorney... why this delay. ONCI will not be able to move on to a name/ticker change without being 'current' ...
