Did you read the letter?
It says they haven't put a definite proposal to shareholders as of yet.
Also nowhere does it say the rs is a done deal.
How do any of us know what the company is planning?
Instead people write messages of doom and gloom.
Perhaps the rs is just one of the tools the company has up it's sleeve contingent on many other things that they are currently working on vis-avis new money.
I will not second guess the company and predict doom and gloom.
No reasonable person would believe that doing a rs with 168 million shares outstanding makes any sense.
What we need and what we don't have is context.
Try and remember that.
