It will be interesting to get Rorys take. If indeed the price is low, perhaps a warrant is attached and there is a 2 year hold on the investment. Would it be so bad that they were given a good deal if they HAD to hold for a minimum of 2 or 3 years? Is that possible?
The money was necessary to have the acquisition and thus the uplist to NASDAQ... If the shares are instantly on the open market then we may see a price drop. However if not instantly, we could see a major jump in PPS. Who knows the details at this point and it could go either way as I see it. I ALSO SEE THAT EITHER WAY IT IS SHORT TERM. Once we see revenue and future evaluations, the PPS will skyrocket accordingly. What it took to get the acquisition and uplist will be OLD HISTORY and it will not affect the future/current PPS. As he said in the last video.... Long term outlook and success is the end goal. Not tomorrow. This is the next big step and for tomorrow it matters not... For the upcoming months and years it is a HUGE hurdle to get over. Bedwetters be damned....
