As you may know, a small group of the New York investors (about 30 of us) contacted each other and recently got together for a drink (or two) and a discussion. Most of us brought our check books. If, as a group, we liked what our pooled information told us, we would each write a check.

We talked about everything we knew....from felony charges for a Texas Fisherman who pumps gas for a living to the reason why the volume was in the millions and the pps dropped below 2 cents a few weeks ago

The following is a brain storming summary of some of our thoughts summarized and put together. Again...it is hard to say any of this is fact. Perhaps it should simply be thought of as opinion, and do your own DD when you invest. IF NOTHING ELSE, those of you holding an investment in Baltia should be able to rest a little more easily at night.......

Manuals approval is well under way. From what we pieced together, from where we know we are in the process, we estimated....4 to 6 weeks. We figured the PRs would start rolling middle to end of July, and the bird would arrive middle to end of August (we need her here to do evacuation exercises). Revenue flights should begin in November, let's say before the end of 2012 to be safe. Remember...first month will be just 1 flight per week.

Those with experience in the airline industry...and believe me, I met quite a few (some with 35 years +!)...could not stress enough the significance of the comments letter from the FAA. Baltia has been working towards that letter for 2 1/2 years, and apparently the last time the FAA gave out such a letter was 2006...and that was before the current and more stricter regulations came into effect.

At the conclusion of the meeting, those of us who could, put "our money where our mouths are". Minimum, $10,000. I heard someone mention $40,000, someone else mentioned $100,000. Rest assured...Baltia's bank account is well into the 6 digits.

Baltia is closer than ever to getting through that first gate. Things should start getting very exciting pretty soon. I am personally counting on the last 1/2 of 2012 to be quite intense.............
