I've only started to listen, but my reaction is quite different. "98-99% of the way there" (to a contract), as per Gillen, strikes me as mighty good news. It would be delusional to expect a contract to be signed on the same day a presentation happens. Maybe there's negative stuff further down the podcast, but so far so good as far as I'm concerned.
