Obviously that is not true. The first mention of the Canouse toxic notes occurred when SB filed the Annual Report on 12/14/18 for the period ending 10/31/18. He listed Machiavelli Ltd LLC as the convertible note holder. I brought it to the board's attention at that time that Machiavelli was in fact Canouse.
