because it's *complex* on one level
and beyond basic on another
but this isn't legal .. it's abusive and abusive is solely the province of NR (non retail)
i've previously posted NRs' *go to comfort zone* on IPIX/CTIX
re: *legal reported* being in the 800k to 850k *reporting*
last 2 rounds re: legal reported .. were taken lower than prior .. still above 850k~
imo what NR did on 9.12.18 (via the undertaking of imo injected liquidity)
was yet another *set up* of IPIX (stock) to impact both investors and mgmt
i will reiterate there are usually only 2 ways to get investors to sell (not talking those retail who trade .. or trading crews working OTC targets) ..
either take a pps higher .. or relentlessly compress said pps to trigger *emotions*
and of course the alignment of NRs' entities' extolling EOY tax loss selling/BK yada yada
it's pretty clear what NR has done re: IPIX since the *imo* hand off (cycles of money) last utilized in 2014 ($4.93 approx high and avg volume of 500000 - 600000)
$4.50 x 500,000/vol = $2,250,000.00
by comparison
$.12c x 350,000/vol = $42,000.00
if NR wasn't so upside down on IPIX .. *volume* would be far more than it is ..
even with the imo mostly bogus injection done in the last 4 months of 2018
NR is struggling on multiple fronts .. first they are wash trading like crazy to try and maintain volume avgs .. which they are failing at based on *decreasing* 10 and 90 day avgs
second (as noted now a few x) .. NR is having to mark the DRS %s .. and unlike prior *efforts* where a high % would be interspersed with a lower % .. this round
undertaken on 3.1.19 .. is significant *imo* (having documented NRs' efforts for years) in what it doesn't show (nothing lower than 63%)
third is NRs' utilization of decoys to block via elastic asks/bids
fourth is the infestation of this SMB .. just this month alone .. imo beyond revealing

Interesting analysis. The problem becomes more obvious when large numbers of consecutive days are marked greater than 50%. If we don't see the short interest increase at the end of the month report we'll know something fishy is going on.
