My take is simple and drama free, it is good news.
As long as Mr. Berman remains as CEO or director at DECN, the company will never be drama free. He is the guy that former shareholders and shareholders mired in the stock love to hate. And just wait until they settle with J&J/Platinum or do something that will add $$ to the DECN coffers, these same people will build the hollering and lying, and innuendos to a crescendo about paying shareholders and former shareholders blood money, in effect indemnifying these entitled people for their losses in the stock. They might even sue DECN to force a payout. Right now these people are just spending time talking skat on message boards, and they have stalked the company's offices and employees. But the lurk will eventually turn to action.
