How wrong some were. I predicted most of the issues in advance but was called out for being a basher, a negative poster, and such.
If SB deceived everybody by delaying the disclosure of the toxic notes what else do you think he has deceived you on? Sales? By now you have to be questioning why a product with $7.6 million in sales is so difficult to locate. A/R? By now you have to be questioning why A/R remains so high? Is SB really shipping product? Or as I described last week, is he BOOKING product as sold without shipping anything?
If SB has accrued $1MM in commissions on $7.6MM is sales (awarding himself 12.5% -25% commissions), exactly how much has he paid in commissions to other sales people? You HAVE to pay those guys or they stop selling your product. . SB has booked 1.071 million in sales commissions on the Income Statement over the years. A difference of $71,000 which translates in $568,000 of what I consider true sales.
