i may have an explanation....
it must be that TDA must have a price for any given ticker.....maybe their system will not allow a 0.00 value.....but i am pretty sure you can not sell them today if you tried (my assumption)....not that you would want to.....
like i said b4 this must be a digital hiccup with TDA....
or maybe we will be surprised today and have a new company on our hands...
