Good news requires proof and verification. With it I’m fine. With out it I’m not. What is verifiable? Contracts and revenue. If nothing changes in the business plan and the price drops from toxicity I’m a buyer. We are barely above trips and they have a real business here. Anyone who has owned or owns their business knows full well that’s it’s just as hard to go up as it is to keep from crashing down. Where do the dollars come from during expansion? I’ve always had that problem with my business when there has been a long downturn in the economy. I understand how you have to scratch and claw to survive.

I believe this is still a good play. We haven’t had our run yet. But we will. Be smart and protect your assets when we do and sell in steps before the rug is pulled.
