I spent 3 hours on a 12 foot gas powered pole saw

I spent 3 hours on a 12 foot gas powered pole saw yesterday evening. when I got up this morning my back was feeling my birthdays and that pole saw. I put my actipatch on and went to work, by 1100 oclock this morning there was no pain in my lower back.
