Alright peeps I am pumped right now as the kids activities ended early this weekend and the NCAA tournament bracket just got set.
Let's have a little fun....and I am well aware we could blow these SWS acquisitions as well but with the closing date announced and White pretty much meeting all of his previous self-imposed deadlines.
If we close BOTH of the SWS proposed acquisitions we are looking at EBITDA for target #1 of $588k and target #2 of $600k for a total EBITDA of $1,188,000.
Divide that $1.188M by 5B O/S and you come up with .000236 in EPS x a very conservative 15x P/E multiple and we THEORETICALLY come up with a share price of .00356 on THESE TWO SWS ACQUISITIONS ALONE.
This theoretical valuation DOES NOT take into account any profits derived from Utopya which should lead to the largest % of profits in the short to mid-term nor does it include any profits derived from the ANDI Mobile division or the proposed AC Partners acquisition.
Seems like we will will be undervalued anywhere below .0035 once we close the 2nd SWS acquisition target
