I see it as well on TD, how exactly will those shares work, I assume anyone can try and buy those warrants as whoever owns them sells, but will it trade exactly the same price as VERB, or pretty close to it? Also, any advantages of buying the warrants?
Also, I’ll add that all the shares we will be giving out, offering and acquisition of SC, our market cap will rise about 25-35% but share price will not rise or go down, as this won’t be seen the same as dilution by the institutions and funds.
Right now our market cap is about 150 million, let’s say 200 million at the same price with the offering shares and SC shares, 200 million market cap is still way undervalued, and then we have SC and their numbers plus whatever institutions buy the offering, which could bring in many more investors.
This is why I’m more interested in who is buying the offering than the actual price of offering, whether it’s 12 or 8 the institutions are very interested and hold long term, having big names would be very satisfying. Getting on Nasdaq would be very satisfying as well.
As someone posted earlier I believe it’s early this week based on what Rory said in the update, he said they didn’t expect today, Wednesday, but possibly Thursday or Friday. That means we are on the home stretch.
