I don't really see it as dilution since the institutional investors would more than likely hold any shares they buy on a long term basis. Having several tier 1 investors will more than likely bring in more savvy investors wanting to hold long term buying on the open market. Unless I misunderstand you, I'm not sure Rory could have provided much more traction than he did. He has accomplished quite a bit in the last year that most larger companies could only dream of. I'm sure we will be just fine once we are officially on NASDAQ.
