I believe he does , If this folds and remains .0000000 or there abouts ,bankrupt with debts paid. out of business as Named , and then Renamed under new managment and ,Good by to pesky stock holders who were screwed anyway ....The ultimate slam dunk .IMO. There is no law .sadly .What a business plan .? Ha.
