If legislation goes through in behalf of IP Patent owners, SFOR automatically wins the case. Technically speaking, it wouldn't be considered a win but would simply be remanded to the lower court to proceed where it left off. They want to try to push this bill through in the summertime. That's 3-6 months from now...We'll see.
