ANDI is the parent company and none of the subsidiaries can do anything without White's OK. We held our own again today. Everyone have a great weekend even you stooge!!!!
Here's another thing from the PR most folks probably skimmed over. The PR mentioned SWS getting on a major exchange. This is not unusual. For example, Service Master owned Terminex, Trugreen, Merry Maids (and 5 other subsidiaries), and all were publicly reporting and on major exchanges. There are many examples where a parent company has several subsidiaries that have gone public and eventually ended on a major exchange. Normally, the parent company would own a majority stake in the subsidiary and shareholders in the parent company would be given shares in the subsidiary based on how many shares they have in the parent company by a certain date. Here's a recent example, look up GNBT. GNBT just had one of it's subsidiaries file for an IPO and gave everyone 1 share in this subsidiary for every 4 shares they had in GNBT by a certain date. GNBT's share price went from approx $1.50 per share to $3.00 per share. So, things are looking up in ANDI land. Now, add in Revenues from phones at some point, no telling where this can go to. Go ANDI/SWS/Utopya/ACPS and GLTA!
