Just the opening of the various new companies without any explanation as to why they are required. It could be for tax reasons or some sort of corporate restructuring, but reasons for a corporate restructuring could include a change in ownership where the tech is transferred to a private entity not owned by ANDI shareholders.
Like I said, I have seen this occur before in the pennies where the R & D, production, marketing, etc. costs are shouldered by shareholders in an OTC/Pink company only to have it claim BK or have the tech sold before shareholders recoup their investment for virtually nothing to a private company controlled by officers of the public entity......pretty devious shit if you think about it.
I really think Mr. White needs to address this even if it via the blog.
