I believe that's when he was trying to work out the shares situation for himself (preferred shares I think)... so it really is always about a 'shares' matter... and with that, now I'm wondering whether that 'Attorney Letter' for the ANNUAL is a hold up... and big question: will the financials really even be out any time on Monday?
He's always so ambiguous in his tweets; no clarity...and he knows shareholders cling to every word and speculate a lot... as we are, figures... what a player, what an MO!
Today's tweet is not unexpected or shouldn't be... of course this will remain stagnant until he delivers (not seeing trips because most are under water at this point and what a loss of not only funds but time, confidence and conviction). While he needs to deliver in more ways than one, including on his own word... as usual.
