Fidelity still showing VRRB and 0 shares traded, bid/ask 0.00/0.00. However I had some cash, and I picked up 43 shares at 11.67 just a minute or so ago.
So still can trade VRRB even though it is hard to tell where bid/ask are at. I looked at https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VRRB/overview and went by that, which seems maybe accurate. Anyway, glad I was able to pick up a few more shares with what little cash I could scrape up today. I have a feeling $11.67 is going to look cheap very soon! Actually, in my mind it is already cheap.
