Yah it really does. Unless some trip holders are selling out still but who knows.
Just going to have to wait this one out till eventually it gets let go and breaks loose. One day it will but who knows when that will be. I've been wrong so many times trying to figure it out and will just sit back and watch.
This ticker defies all normal otc logic ( if there is any logic in the otc) just when you think you have it pegged it does a 180 on you.
