this is the new blog today from Zions Chairman

To: Zion's Family and Friends

Subject: We must each decide individually to trust God (Isa. 26:3,4)

God promised that He would never leave or forsake us (Heb. 13:5) and when we read (Ro. 8:28), it says “all things work together for good for those who love God, and to those who are called according to his purpose.” He also promises not to allow us to be tempted beyond what we can handle (1 Cor. 10:13) and God will never let us be subjected to any trials or tests beyond what we are capable of enduring. In (Isa. 54:17) God promised no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and He uses trials, persecutions and waiting to teach us to rely on Him only, and not ourselves.

We all need to know and remember that God is in complete control. Our individual lives, the lives of our families and the successes of Zion Oil are within the intimate control of God, our Father. If you think that we can, by ourselves, overcome His plan and timing- think again! The Bible teaches us that He is always in complete control no matter what it looks like (2 Cor. 5:7).

I was first called to Israel in 1983 (Ezk. 2:3, 3:4) before Zion Oil was ever created by God, and regardless of what some may say or believe, God’s Will will still be done according to His Word. Just as He promised it would.) (Psa. 119:89, 152)

We are all expected to work and patiently wait for the fulfillment of the prophecies that were spoken and written by God and given to both Jacob and Moses which will eventually come to pass as promised (Rev.3:6-8).

It is written in (Deut. 34:10), “and there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face.” If any of you would like to read this anointed book, “Jacob’s Blessing” then all you have to do is ask for it. (It’s free.)

This update is entirely for your edification only (1 Cor. 14:3). None of us like to wait. Personally, I have waited 38 years, which feels like a long time, but am reminded of Abraham, and Sarah who waited 20 years for the birth of Isaac and Noah who waited 120 years, Moses waited 40 years, but God wouldn’t let him into the land Israel because of his disobedience. The Jews waited until 1948 before they could return to Israel and we, as Christians, are still waiting for Jesus to return, almost 2,000 years later.

We have faithfully waited and blessed Israel and the Jewish people according to (Gen. 12:2,3), and we expect that God will keep His promise because we have obeyed Him in our Journey of Faith (1 Sam. 15:22)(Psa. 27: 13,14). This definition of God’s faith is The Vision in which Zion Oil and Gas, Inc. was founded by Faith in the Holy Scriptures. (Luke 4:4)

The Bible does not give a concise definition of faith. It is described more in terms of what it does, than what it is and how to obtain more of it (Ro. 10:17). God says, “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see” (Heb. 11:1). This definition describes faith in two dimensions, things that are promised for the future and things in the present that are invisible. Hope is faith directed toward promised future things. This aspect of faith gives certainty in the present that what God has promised will be absolutely realized. It enables us to live in the present as though the promise has been fulfilled. The first dimension of faith makes us so sure of things promised for the future that we believe and operate as though they are here already. Hope is based on future things. The second part of true faith enables us to perceive and discern the invisible spiritual world about us.
