PHIL CC notes > Asian Diamond Exchange (ADE) has been
"approved in principal" CEO expects to make the
OFFICIAL LAUNCH announcement "in weeks".

CEO said he has International Partners involved with
the ADE including the people who built the DUBAI DIAMOND
Exchange which does over $5BILLION in rough cut diamonds a yr.
CEO said will make announcements who these partners are
in the coming weeks. Said he has talked with many diamond
trading institutions who welcome locating in VIETNAM
when the ADE opens.

CEO said DIO GROUP deal they will receive first payment
from this next week. He may be able to use some of this
money to pay off some notes and slow down dilution.
DIO GROUP expected to be the AMAZON of VIETNAM
when it is IPO'd PHIL will own shrs of DIO on USA mkt.

CEO said he has NEW CLIENTs he will announce in the
coming weeks of companies like DIO GROUP who want
their companies listed on USA and international mkts.

CEO said VINAFILMS AUDIT expected to be complete
later this month MARCH or early APRIL. Expect to be
able to show VINAFILMS revenues on MAY 10Q report.

CEO said SAIGON deal AUDIT still in the works no firm timeline
given.

CEO said APR/GILDEX will eventually happen no firm
timeline given.

CEO said BUYBACK of SHRS is coming and planned
for announcement before the APR divvy in MAY. Will
file an 8K when ready to announce. Will reveal the
source of FUNDING for this at that time too.

CEO expects to have activation of the LUX FUNDS for
ADE + renewable energy + Agriculture + real estate
projects in the coming weeks.
