man I am not sure , I have got caught in a couple of r/s in penny land and there always seems to be a loophole for the big wheels to sell shares ,, the price spread is nuts ! and betting that will change ,,, keer brought this to us it seems he knows something that can help us ,, any body can chime in on this because this is way beyond what I know about .
