Very wise pineknot. Leadership is one thing I hadn't thought much about because it's hard to define when there is no information.

I only ask the questions on my mind and once again, I am the furthest thing from a basher. Something may be gumming up the works of progress, retail market penetration and profits.

Is it sales and marketing? Doubt it, Keith seems more than capable.
Is it the science? No
The IP? No
The FDA and clearances? Yes to a degree for sure.
Following pineknot, is it the leadership? Who knows and who can answer that.

I am left wondering what happened to the discussions with Dr. Scholl's, KTTape and CVS? I have no idea and don't know how to get the answers.

Why are the 3 shipments for the EU supposedly held up for regulatory reasons? Only regulatory thing I can think of is the CE mark for importing and selling products in the EU. Is that like the UL mark in the US? I know the product did have the CE mark, did they run into trouble? Is the CE mark only for a certain time? Is there any way of checking that out in the EU?

As a supportive shareholder for 2 years, I would still like some answers I know we are entitled to.
