Perhaps but I am starting to get concerned that SWS and now the AC Partners LOIs are just to distract shareholders while the Utopya tech is transferred out of the ANDI shell and into the private hands of Steinberg, Brewster, et. al.
While I have no additional evidence to support this other than the filings INV33 posted last week it just doesn't make sense to someone like me that has built a $25MM revenue business from $0 to try to jump into all these other lines of business when your alleged "core" business of mobile tech and cell service represents a BILLION $$$$ opportunity if executed properly.........and let's not forget that ANDI isn't flush with resources, so for every $1 or amount of time devoted to these much smaller market opportunities, that is one less $ and less time devoted to the business that will provide the most bang for the buck, IMO.
I hope I am wrong about the tech transfer, but the fact that the blog has dried up certainly isn't encouraging either.
