The Odds of the concepts of that happening are very good! The odds of those exact numbers obviously slim to none.
There would no reason for 1 for 500 split, even with an institutional investor on the NASDAQ. One of the first things an institutional investor is going to look at is "How long has OWCP been on the NASDAQ". So, even at 6 months on the NASDAQ most institutional investors would still say "NO WAY" and by then the price per share without shareholder support would fall to almost the same or even lower as before the RS because they would lose all trust. So IMO and using lots of logic and DD this 1 for 500 proxy is just a bargaining tool to set up a more realistic proxy for the future.
And if you think I am smoking something, well then perhaps get the smoke out of your eyes and see the clearer picture. This company has to know that it would be the end if this up to 1 for 500 is voted for.
Watch the price go up in the next week after the official Phase 1 completion of the cream!
So once it is rejected watch how high the pps goes up!
Once a much lower RS proxy is sent cancelling this one watch the pps go up again!
Once Phase 2 is completed for one of their products well watch pps share go up once again!
Once a low RS is voted for and this goes to NASDAQ watch it go up even further!
