No reason to think employees and CEO are not working hard. Only results count and that means share price! I see some here are invested 10 years or more. How's that for an ROI? Triple 0's with a patented item in the pain space that is completely safe?
Run by a CEO and Chairman of the Board who got the company only so far thru some tough times, BUT he is the only director and SEC convicted and banned from dealing in publicly traded shares for 5 years? That's nonsense right there and the shareholders both need and deserve more. What good is a hog-tied CEO to shareholders, if he can't even consider looking into shares issues concerning my investment? If the guy doesn't have the common sense to make changes, and appoint directors, that makes him reckless or foolish or both. Something doesn't smell right here.
