My only concern...well, one of my concerns....if any of the stuff on that link to the document is even half true, it all seems pretty nefarious and not something that a real entrepreneur with a real product or technology would do to investors. It's like trailer-park Bernie Madoff. Just the RCG stuff alone, which we were immediately able to see was totally illegitimate when they did it...and that's just one of the items listed on one bullet point of one page of that link. I've always had hope that they would somehow manage to pull out of this with their tech, but this is pretty damning, the tech could have all been fictional, and note of this is entirely surprising considering how long we've been strung along with this with no communication. Nobody to blame but myself of course, so I accept that. Sucks, but what can we do? This is why people should have been allowed to ask questions. He could have been stopped a lot earlier and fewer people would have lost money.
