Welcome Truckerbutt, this is just my opinion, but you should do what you feel is right for you and you alone.
Although there is second to none DD done here, never allow that to be your decision maker for what you should do.
By reaching out for advice on what we think you should do investment wise, it may get you what you want to here, but truth be told, NOBODY, AGAIN NOBODY ON THIS BORAD KNOWS DEFINITELY WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN OR WHEN IT WILL!!
