I'm not worried. However, I need to see the first Federal dollars show up in our bottom line in the 2Q19 fins. Here's why: The start of the Federal FY was 1 Oct. DoD funds were released that day. Now factor in standard 60 day billing cycles for: 1.) DoD's contract manage (Info Reliance) 2.) McAfee 3.) ACS and finally 4.) SFOR. What threw sand in the gears of the procurement pipeline was continuing resolutions (CRs) and the longest shutdown in US history of 35 days. That pushes the earliest possible Federal payment to SFOR to sometime in April. The info cutoff for Q-2 is 6/30 so payment to SFOR should be made within that timeframe. If Federal dollars are not in the Q-2 fins this SH will want to know why! Until then, I have patient capital invested in SFOR. Wake me up when the 2-Q report hits the wires.
