******STOP****** Here we go again trying to connect the dots with partial information. I suggest we wait until Steve updates the investing public on why he/we needed to do this filing. Based on his recent transmissions, one has to assume there is a (very) good reason/need to raise a little over $1M. And, there is someone eager enough to invest in ONCI that he has committed to a 50% premium over yesterday's close.
I guess the way I choose to "connect the dots" is that there has to be very good reason and we will know shortly. And, it should be real SOON.
