Joe, the CEO, is not responsible for people to be paid on time? Really? Who is then?

No, the CEO of the company does not personally write checks. Have you gone to your human resources dept? and is the paycheck missed or late? You said in another post that it was late time and time again. First off, if that is correct, then that is not appropriate. However once it is late, then continues to be paid late, then it becomes up to date, but a paycheck behind. I understand if you are living paycheck to paycheck, that would be an issue after the first late check, however then you start getting the checks routinely so even though they are late, you are getting what you expect (just one check behind). Still not right, but we have no way of knowing if you are telling the truth.

How is it that people lie and get away with it because they have people who sign NDA's and threaten to sue instead of doing the right thing?

Ask our president Trump. He gets away with telling lies and threatening people who sign NDA's all the time. However, I don't recall seeing Joe threaten you with having signed an NDA. I said if you signed one, you should be careful. That wasn't a threat by Joe, but an observation and advice by me. Big difference.

I have not broken, nor will I break any agreements. Unlike some at Generex, I honor my word.

So then you have signed an NDA.
