Have a little faith in legal options w/R&G, BR
The legal issues are in the hands of the best , R&G and BR, it will be handled in the best way, in OUR best interests. As Kay said regarding our fight against infringers of our patent "its not over by a long shot." Too much money involved and we are in the right and have the strongest patent. Billions are involved.
There are some things happening outside our scope of R&G influence that can and will positively impact our case, that can help undue some of the SCOTUS doo doo mess they made with their Alice decision. Alice has overturned the authority of patent system itself, not just our battle against infringers. Alice must be corrected for the patent system to regain its legal equilibrium, the SCOTUS is aware and so are Senators and Congressmen its playing out.
Through Justice Kavanaugh looks like they are developing a legal pooper scooper for the Alice mess we stepped into. "Can someone please, get that man Kavanaugh a beer!"
But the SFOR investor crowds with torches and pitchforks have SFORS office are crying "We want to know what is going on , we deserve to KNOW NOW!!!" Arrgh!!!!
Well think about this , if R&G were tell YOU , wouldn't they also be telling Sec Auths legal team their plans, wouldn't that help them prepare?
I like ambush legal warfare dont you!
