The approval for the Subsidiary was effective on 2/15.
It's apparent to most people that Leo didn't get notified until much later or he would have PR'd it 2/16. Absolutely no reason to hold on to it.
2/26 Innovation Pharmaceuticals, (IPIX) (“the Company”), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, is pleased to announce that the Companies Registration Office Ireland has provided notification that the Company’s subsidiary, IPIX Pharma Limited, is registered under the Companies Act 2014, effective February 15, 2019.
