Well, that is why this company is listed the way it is. They don't have the same requirements that most other IPOs like the ones traded on Nasdaq. They don't have to disclose any information. It's why the OTC is such a crapshoot. It is why it's the worst market to invest into because only a few truly benefit because they pump or stock promote the shit or out of the ticker while everyone else holds bags once they flip and make money.

I'm not saying Steve or his company are in the same boat, but I am saying that there are a lot of people who pumped this thing to oblivion and Steve got caught with his pants down on numerous occasions.

Just remember, most of these firms who are in this game are buying up millions of shares for a few hundreds or thousands of dollars and if that stock even shoots up 1000%, they are making off with a huge bank on the flip.

Winston and Mary will probably call me out on this because they know the game and they play it very well. They will probably say that I don't know what I'm talking about or something that is unconfirmed news that they heard was going on or take a mole and make a mountain out of it because they might have a significant amount of money into this ticker and they are also just trying to make bank or profit on a return and protect their investments.

I chose to get out and not play this game of pumping something up until it explodes, then sell and dump when it creeps up a few ticks. Profiting off of people's misfortunes and ignorance seems to be the game that most play in the OTC. You have to be careful when investing especially in any ticker in the OTC.

GLTY. End rant.
