"ELECTRONIC ORDER granting30 Motion for Extension of Page Limits. Accordingly, Defendants may file a consolidated brief in support of their anticipated motion to dismiss that is no longer than 35 pages in length. (Ordered by Judge Sam A Lindsay on 3/6/2019)'
so we finally hear about zn's upcoming motion to dismiss the case in the n dist of tx
been expecting a summary judgment motion by zn to have the case dismissed bc, from the info i saw in the plaintiffs briefs, the plaintiffs had no cause of action/merit-,let alone a prima facie case
court rules and statues re legal notice cannot be changed by a trial court -especially retroactively-and not even by the scotus retroactively
so unless plaintiffs add some meat to their case i dont know how the trial court -despite its judges presumed political orientation-can allow the case to proceed as is-
there has to be some issue of fact or law that a reasonable person could interpret in favor of plaintiff-and i havent seen such issue or fact yet-apparently neither has zn, for its 10q's and 10k's essentially say the same thing
