NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Saddle Ranch Media, Inc (OTC Markets: SRMX) announces that it has established its new management team to implement its 2019 Business Plan of launching new and innovative Narrowband IoT smart home technology products into the marketplace by third quarter 2019.
Key members of the Companys Team now consist of the following:

Alan Bailey , Director and CFO
Sonny Wang , Executive Director, Business Development

As previously reported, Mr. Timothy Peabody resigned as Chairman, Director and CEO effective March 7, 2018 and was replaced by Max C. Li . Mr. Peabody therefore no longer has any involvement in the day-to-day operations of the Company or of Tri Cascade, Inc. , although he remains a substantial shareholder in the Company.
