mining startups are the most difficult - most startups -no matter what kind- fail
public startups either experience death through toxic financing-the equivalent of loan sharks,or bad jv's as bob experienced w geo

so its very hard unless one is independently wealthy-mining startup costs are so great and often lengthy before revenue is achieved,so bob tried to raise enough money to get operations started via that march 2010 promo
but the swamp raised its ugly head begiinning aug 2009 when govt agencies received illegal unconstituional orders to destroy business "because business[capitalism] is evil and has to be destroyed'

that political leader spent sometime in harlem when he came to that conclusion-saw it all in a sympathetic political doc on liberal tv -he was the most anti-business person in congress -probably 1 of only 2 ppl who didnt sing 'God bless america' [which he was ashamed of and many believe he tried to destroy and turn over to a one world govt-some have prophesied he will be convicted of treason] from the capital steps in response to the usual out of step 9th circuit ct of appeals [calif etc]

so he filled the agencies w his political operatives-and so many agencies became corrupt -that corruptness is seen in the political sabotage known as the swamp and included the fbi, which many believe is one of the agencies that thus became corrupt

so the fbi etc was ordered to do everything they could to destroy public business- political guy saw he couldnt destroy big business bc of their political and official etc power so he went after small public businesses w a vengeance -

that includes penny stocks - thus without warning or due process thousands of such companies and their stocks were restricted -a type of hybrid public private eminent domain against innocent 3rd party purchasers (longs) who are NEVER held liable in the law.
So when these never before seen illegal restrictions began i and others familiar w the law thought they were temporary

so fbi sting guy posing as promoter reportedly gave a sob story of his personal financial troubles thus demanding 3k up front which the govt interpreted as something crazy-anyway the fed sentencing guidelines which i posted several times provided for probation-not 6 months in club fed

during which time sharon and cheryl?had to deal w the nonstop problems caused by a bad jv and a govt which kept changing the rules without warning ostensibly bc of illegal mines bc iron went from 12/ton in 2002 to 45 in 2008? and 192 in feb 2011

bob wasnt allowed to participate or earn income while he was hit w stiff fees-an impossible situation-so he was forced to sell to the only one who wanted to buy?at that time -though bao wanted to buy earlier
even though that person had become cwrn's worse basher on the other board-so bad that the other board removed most of his bashing posts against me-i thought said basher was schizo -others said he was just trying to bring pps down so he could buy a lot of cwrn stock and then sell for a fortune again

longs couldnt believe bashers claims that such new owner was cwrns previous worst basher -until clarks research confirmed that

so w a bad jv where cwrn claimed the jv partner stole or withheld the millions necessary to keep the operations rolling, usa govt political corruption to tie bob up,mex govt games due to illegal mining on the mainland was added another nail in the coffin

brads huge concession empire was due to contributions of apparent millions by his private navial business partner, who somehow apparently became the dlc letter of credit{bank escrow account to ensure buyer pays for iron before iron is shipped] on the ilia shipment

so at some point during the ilia shipment- before or after-brads reported business partner reportedly stole the almost 7 million in revenue from the may 2013 ilia shipment to bao to recover his investment in navial (which is criminal!!!!!)

brad had apparently used his winnings from selling cwrn stock near its highest pps -after which he became a basher- for the down payment on cwrn- but reportedly evidently never paid the rest of the payments for cwrn

once the ilias revenue of ca 7 million was stolen there apparently wasnt any way to keep operations rolling for long-
and w possible mistrust between bao and brad(brads business partner reportedly stealing the ilia revenue to get back the millions he paid for the private navial concessions)-
so public co cwrn essentially suffered due to brads private debts-which is akin to theft or some variation with brad having the responsibility to recover that money on behalf of cwrn shareholders

thats the info i have since brad has refused to communicate w shareholders- saying thru his other board moniker that he has no duty to inform shareholders

situation would be ripe for a shareholder suit against brad except brad has had many suits against him in relation to this matter-longs have followed some such suits via dd and report of up to 26 suits against brad
so we would just be in a long line of suits waiting to recover a portion of investment- even if win a suit in the reportedly corrupt mex legal system doesnt mean u get your money - the debtor can hide his assets -if he has any left -which he might not-which he has had years to do before we even knew there was a problem
bc brad violated fiduciary duty by refusing to comunicate w shareholders

u cant make these things up-its too crazy -all the forces of hell were bent against this enterprise
bob tried to do what he could to preserve some value for longs but was rebuffed by agencie(s) which may still have been controlled by the previous still not replaced political appointees orders to destroy business

bob had 4 suits against brad -including to recover his unpaid for equipment-which the surface landowner now says brad turned over to the surface landowner-just unbelievable
if so bob would have to sue the surface landowner to get his equip back
reads like an alfred hitchcock story-too tired to remember the spelling
justice has been foreign to humans for most of history- so until that changes

u can see from the game playing above that a shareholder suit would probably run into blind alleys-though if i was tempted enough...
