Good Stuff Brewing...
Good morning HHSE Friends & Followers - the good stuff that's brewing is not just the savory coffee in our new office kitchen. It's the precursor for an exciting period for HHSE as we move off the pinksheets and into the stratosphere of Media Streaming Giants. Yes, everything we have worked hard to pursue and achieve is within grasp now, which will be discussed in great detail at next month's SHAREHOLDER meeting in Chicago (April 5, Hyatt at Chicago's Miracle Mile).
Meanwhile - as we clean up vestiges from the past and prior business model, we wanted to disclose some issues that were of interest or concern to some shareholders.
1). HHSE OFFICES - Beginning last September, HHSE began receiving ginormous "utility service charges" for the office space at 300 N. College in Fayetteville. The explanation rendered by the landlord was that the recent move-out of many tenants from the building resulted in a very large share of the building's utilities now going to Hannover House (as one of only a handful of remaining tenants). We protested because we did not see such an allocation being allowed under the space lease, but the landlord was steadfast. In protest, we stopped paying rent until it was addressed... and finally in January, gave our notice to not renew the lease and to move out of the space. This infuriated the property manager - and they have since filed a complaint to collect their "inflated" fees. Hannover will respond to the lawsuit by attaching the lease agreement, the summary of payments and our tender offer of $12,000 to pay it current (which they rejected in December). Meanwhile, we moved into even BETTER space for a net savings of $3,000 per month (rent savings plus total elimination of all Utilities, Cam Charges, Internet fees and off-site storage) ... and we're so incredibly pleased with the way this worked out. The new space is far more conducive to our work with MyFlix and the development of major features... we will post photos or a video today or tomorrow.

2). CRISP RECORDING - This lawsuit has been dismissed and settled. The complaint occurred as a result of Crimson Forest ceasing payments to the studio for WHERE'S THE DRAGON. With Crimson Forest no longer a merger partner for HHSE - and their Nevada entity no longer active - the attorney for Crisp cast a net to name HHSE CEO Eric Parkinson as the responsible party (!) despite a clear paper trail of the ag reement and prior payments. Regardless, we're all good buds with studio owner Darren Crisp, and have resolved this minor dispute.
3). NON-LEGITIMATE DEBT CLAIMS - Hannover House has never been super "flush" with surplus cash. As a result, we have always prioritized LEGITIMATE DEBTS over false or fraudulently obtained debts. To date, we have ALWAYS prevailed in our actions to stop fraudulent and false debts... and we do not anticipate this being a problem with JSJ, BEDROCK, LEWIN, ORIGIN or UPTONE - all of which were foreign filed lawsuits (despite the agreements clearly indicated that the governing law and venue for disputes is Arkansas). Shefte, Parkinson and attorney Steven Kay are working on these, and we are confident that each of these matters will have a resolution satisfactory to the company, and compliant with the S.E.C. Form 10 "going concern" evaluation prior to the end of this month.
4). UNRELATED "OFFICER" MATTER - A shareholder asked "what's the deal with Parkinson and Capital One as a lawsuit?" Mr. Parkinson held a small ($750) revolving credit card with Capital One since 2014. While at the Cannes Film Festival in May, 2017, Parkinson attempted to use the card at an ATM to withdraw 300-Euros in Cash... but the foreign transaction was "flagged" as suspicious by Capital One and denied. However, the charge still applied to Parkinson's subsequent account billing despite not receiving the funds from the ATM, and his protests to have it removed were ignored. Capital One began adding "Late Fees" and "Over Limit Fees" to the point that the small credit line of $750 ballooned to a $2,800+ claim by Capital One. Mr. Parkinson filed a response to their collections lawsuit and has been in communication with the collection attorneys. Settlement is in motion, with an agreement imminent. Again, as is the case with HHSE creditor issues, Parkinson has no tolerance for improperly assessed charges, and will fight for what's fair and proper.
Apologies... but we are saving all THE GOOD STUFF for disclosure a little bit later!!
