We should have an S1/A and it goes effective, which I believe just means all the numbers in it will be the final numbers, no more place holders. That could come out any time as well as nasdaq approval and uplist, that could all happen anytime and in the same day. Redspeed has posted some examples of companies who announced nasdaq approval and uplisted the same day, some next day, some two days.
