Audit or no audit? This has probably been the number one debated issue for the last year. We all know that technically, an audit is not necessary, however, the pps is not this low due to technical issues. It is where it is because of sentiment as previously stated, as well as the current perception of ONCI and specifically SB. The case for the necessity of the audit is not technical or cost based, but, rather a matter of trust, honor, character and what is just plainly the right thing to do. Simply put, regardless of the reason(s) why the audit was not carried through, the audit should be the number one priority if for no other reason than it was promised.

Crap happens, we know this and can accept this, but there is no good reason that once the road blocks have been eliminated, that it is not followed through with. If not done, it will continue to be a stain on the character of SB and while it may not necessarily stop the growth, it will stifle the impact of the growth of the pps regardless of future news and accomplishments at least to the point that it is needed specifically for up listing purposes.

Is SB a man of his word or just another slimy otc ceo? This is what it really comes down too and it is SB’s decision as how he chooses to be perceived. To me, it is not a matter of cost, as based on the financial information we have, we are in a better position financially now for the audit, than we where when it was originally implemented.

Granted, we do not know all of what is taking place on SB’s end, but whose fault is that? To have been the successful salesman that he has, tells me that he has the capability and know how to be a communicator, but appears to have lost the discipline in doing so. My mother often used the statement, “No one cares about what you are going to do, they only care about what you have done”.
