Winston, It doesn't matter how much Revenue is in the Filings, Agree he shows 7-Q of growth, But with out the Audit its not going anywhere NO investors trust Steve, Be it he brought all that on his self,
The last run was on Hype an people trusting Steve, when things starting to come apart on follow ups stating things is happening with this deal that deal, but never any follow ups.
I understand you were smart an made a 100k last run, but you will have a hard time stating these kinds of facts now unless a AUDIT IS DONE NOW BEFORE THE ANNUAL'S ARE DUE.
Plain an simply Steve has lost all trust for new investors to come in except a few new flippers now an then. be it they aren't doing so now, the ones already in are hurting at this point an they will do all they can to bring it on down.
