The following $VSHC DD Packet has been compiled to show the merger of Hi-Alloy Valve Inc into the Public Shell $VSHC. This merger was facilitated by International Venture Society who filed for and was awarded Custodianship of the $VSHC Shell which was then acquired by LTN Capital Ventures. LTN invests in emerging growth companies in the energy, oil and gas, and industrial manufacturing sector. LTN has recently acquired a public entity, Visual Healthcare Corp (OTC PINK SHEETS: VSHC.PK), and plans to roll up several complementary companies in the oil and gas industry.
The old company Visual Healthcare Corp has been reinstated on the NVSOS website and new President Luis Beita, Treasurer Linh Nguyen and Secretary Long Nguyen have been added as the company officers. Luis is the CEO of Hi-Alloy Valve Inc and Linh Nguyen owns Ltn Capital Ventures which acquired $VSHC and is CEO of both Velocity Manufacturing and
Dynamic Metal Components which share same address as Hi-Alloy.
Hi-Alloy Valve, Inc. (“HAV”) is a one-stop supplier of valves for various energy industries. Our primary focus is on wellhead (API 6A upstream) and pipeline (API 6D midstream) valves for the oil and gas industry. HAV serves the U.S. energy market with their extensive contacts in Latin American to deliver American-made products to those markets.
