Obama’s 7-Time Deported Illegal Commits Sickening Crime On an American Father

The border wall and the issue of illegal immigration is one of great contention in our country, but the reality is that many of the illegals are illegal for the simple fact that they are criminals and will always be criminals.

We are seeing a rise in deaths of American citizens at the hands of these illegal immigrants whether it be drunk driving accidents or outright murder, and it is time that more people stand up and say that it has to stop immediately.

A father of three was recently killed because an illegal who had already been sent back to Mexico SEVEN TIMES had made his way back to the U.S. and decided that the laws here didn’t apply to him. Not only do we need the wall, but we need stricter punishments for these repeat offenders.

According to The Gateway Pundit :

A Mexican illegal alien, who was removed from the U.S. seven times prior, consumed 12 beers and drove his van at 100 mph when he crashed and killed a father of three.

Nemas Garcia-Velasco is yet another Mexican illegal to commit a horrendous crime that would never have happened if the U.S.’s previous administrations did their job of removing illegal immigrants, as well as far more rigorous and selective entry processes.

Ryan Lindberg, the prosecutor, said the illegal immigrant was driving down I-80 at about 1:00 PM on Wednesday when he crashed into the 58-year-old father.

The Daily Mail reports:

An illegal immigrant, who has been removed from the United States seven times, had consumed ’12 beers and was driving at 100mph’ when he crashed his van and killed a father-of-three.

Garcia-Velasco told officers that he had consumed 12 beers the previous evening into the morning of the crash, according to the Omaha World-Herald.

During Garcia-Velasco’s hearing, Lindberg also said the man had been removed from the US a total of seven times. After two deportation hearings, in 2009 and 2011, Garcia-Velasco was forced out of the country and the five other times were considered ‘voluntary returns’. Lindberg also added that Garcia-Velasco had also been convicted of having false citizenship papers prior to the crash, just a day after the Fourth of July holiday.

What makes this particular story so much more heartbreaking is that just before the crash this illegal was CONVICTED of having FALSE PAPERS, and he was still allowed to run free in our society which resulted in the death of an American.

The court and Judge that allowed this illegal to run free after a conviction should be held just as responsible as the man himself.

There should be stricter punishments, not just for the illegal, but also for anyone within the system who is continuing to allow these people to live lawlessly in our society!

It is a shame that the rights of Americans are becoming less important than illegals’ “rights,” who in actuality, don’t have any rights here to begin with. This injustice is one of the things that many more should be showing up to protest.
